Ourimbah United Football Club is growing. As a club we cater for all ages from U5 to O45 and have one of the largest and fastest growing Female Football programs on the Central Coast
However, this growth can't happen without help. So -we need you! If you are keen to assist in 2025, please let us know your interest in the below form.
This could be as a Coach or Manager, or to join the Committee. If you are not sure about the Committee, but happy to assist with projects, Desk Duty or other essential tasks - there is an item to select for that as well.

2026 REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Welcome to 2026! The Committee has been getting ready for what we hope will be a fantastic season. Registration opens on Tuesday 6 January.
WHAT DO I NEED TO REGISTER?
- You must self-register online using the PlayFootball website. In 2026 all CCF clubs are moving to the PlayFootball platform.
- A Photo - as a part of the process you will need to upload a photo - similar to a Passport type photo.
- An Active & Creative Kids voucher โ to check if you are eligible to apply for an Active & Creative Kids Voucher click here: Active & Creative Kids Voucher Eligibility. If you are eligible, the Voucher will provide a subsidy of up to $50 toward the cost of Registration. You'll need to enter the details of the Voucher during the Registration process.
- Have a credit/debit card ready to pay the registration fee. With the move to the PlayFootball platform, registration fees are to be paid online at the time of registration. All registration fees must be paid by 22 February to ensure that you/your child can secure a place in an OUFC team.

2026 CoastKick Promotion
With the Matildas hosting the 2026 AFC Womenโs Asian Cup right here on our home soil, every registered female in 2026 from U5โs to U18โs will receive their very own CoastKick Pack! Thanks to Wyong Leagues Club, a sponsor of Central Coast Football, players will receive the following equipment:
- A drawstring bag; and
- A match ball
We aim to distribute the packs prior to the beginning of the season
What Clothing & Equipment Do I Need to Supply?
If you or your child is registering to play with us for the first time, youโll need to purchase the following clothing:
- Football Boots & Shin Pads: These can be purchased through a retail sports store such as Rebel Sport.
- Playing Shorts and Socks: You will need to purchase these from the club. They can be purchased from the club Canteen from the first game day of the season onwards or via the OUFC Online Store. There will also be other opportunities prior to the season such as the Registration Information Day (scheduled for 7 February). Look out for other pre-season events on our Facebook page.
The club provides each team with playing shirts (returnable at season end) and footballs, etc.
PLAYING AND TRAINING DAYS/TIMES
The 2026 season commences on the weekend 11/12 April and competition rounds are scheduled to finish on 29/30 August. Playing days are:
Friday: Womens O35
Saturday: Under 5 - Under 16; Over 35; Over 45
Sunday: Women's 12 - 18; Mens U18; Senior Men; Senior Women
A full draw of times and locations is published shortly before the season commences.
Training days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4pm onwards. Specific day and time will be decided by your Team Coach nearer to the start of season.
REGISTRATION FEES
Registration Fees for the 2026 season are available via this link. Registration Fees cover provision of a playing shirt and other training and playing equipment but do not cover the cost of official referees.
For players aged up to 18 years, the amount of registration fee depends on the age that the player will attain in 2026. For example, if a child turns 8 any time in 2026, then they will play under 8's - if they turn 9 at any time in 2026, then they will play under 9's etc.
Registration fees must be received in full by OUFC before 22 February to secure team placement.
Referee Fees (for competition teams U12 โ Seniors) are payable in addition to registration fees and will be collected from players by Team Managers at regular intervals throughout the season.
FAMILY REGISTRATION FEE DISCOUNT
A Family Discount is available where multiple members of the same family (parents and their immediate children living at the same address) are registered players with OUFC. The discounts is $15 for the 2nd and each subsequent family member registration.
Enter the Voucher code OURFAM when completing registration for the 2nd and each subsequent family member in PlayFootball.
Note: The OUFC Registrar has final discretion on whether to allow a Family Discount
PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES
In 2026 all CCF clubs are moving to the PlayFootball platform. With the move to the PlayFootball platform fees are to be paid online at the time of registration.
A player's registration fees can be paid by:
- Credit/Debit Card:
Via the PlayFootball registration system. A credit/debit card payment can either be made at the time you first register for 2026 OR you can log back in later and process a credit/debit card payment.
This is the preferred payment method to enable us to process your registration in a timely manner and secure team placement. Registration fees must be received in full by OUFC before 22 February 2026.
Other means of payment are available where you do not have access to a credit/debit card, however using these means may delay the timely completion of registration:

If paying for multiple players (ie. family members), please process separate transactions for each.
We do not accept instalment payments to our bank account, however you can pay by instalments using AfterPay:
- AfterPay -
To utilise AfterPay to pay Registration fees, you must firstly Register via PlayFootball- including the use of your Active Kids voucher if appropriate. After completing your registration, please navigate to the online store where you need to select your fee and 'checkout'. AfterPay will show as a Payment Method and allow you to Create an account with them, or login to your existing account. Note you will be charged a 6% handling fee for utilising this service in addition to your registration fee. Also, if there are any issues with registering with AfterPay, you will need to contact AfterPay directly.
Be sure to pay your Registation fee prior to 22nd February to Secure Team Placement, and avoid the late payment fee.
ACTIVE & CREATIVE KIDS VOUCHERS
The NSW Government offers vouchers to help families with eligible school-aged children pay for sport, recreational, creative or cultural activities.
From 15 July 2025: A voucher to the value of $50 is available. To be eligible for the voucher, you must have received Family Tax Benefit Part A, Part B or both in the current or previous financial year. Check your eligibility before applying for the voucher. Eligibility requirements for Family Tax Benefit are available on the Services Australia website.
If you have not applied for and used a voucher from 15 July 2025, you should apply for the voucher and register your child with OUFC (via PlayFootball).

INFORMATION DAY AT THE CLUBHOUSE
OUFC will hold an Information Day at the OUFC Clubhouse on 7 February. This will run from 10am-2pm. Members of the Committee will be on hand this day to answer any questions about registration and playing with OUFC. This will also be an opportunity to purchase merchandise and playing socks and shorts.
COACHING
Should you wish to be a Coach in 2026, please contact the applicable Age Co-ordinator - see below
OUFC will be providing opportunities for Coaching training either at OUFCโs ground or through courses conducted by Central Coast Football at Pluim Park. Look out for news of these events via our Facebook page and website.
GRADING PROCESS
Under 5 - Under 7- these age groups are not graded. We will place members in teams based on ability and preference, where possible. If you have a request, please let us know at the Information Day. Please note that not all requests may be able to be met and will depend on team numbers.
Under 8 - Under 18- these age groups are Graded and selection will be based on attendance at the Grading Day in late February. Our football committee and grading panel will conduct skills sessions and small sided games to determine which team your child will be placed in based on their ability. Please note our Grading policy for further information.

The 2025 Annual General Meeting of members of Ourimbah United Football Club will be held:

At the AGM we will review the season just completed and it will be an opportunity for all members to have their input to the upcoming 2026 season. It is also where we elect Office Bearers for the 2026 Committee.
All members are invited to attend.
WE NEED NEW VOLUNTEERS & IDEAS Your club only functions with the support of volunteers. There are critical Committee positions that need to be filled without which the club cannot properly function, which will disadvantage you and/or your kids.
